________________________________________
I have been asked to share the following information by our local Community Banker.
She is primarily based in the community so with the restrictions in place due to coronavirus she has changed her way of working. She wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how she can still support you and the community.
• She is running workshops on Fraud & Scams and Digital Safety via Zoom. This is available to any community groups or charities and they don’t need to be customers.
• She can also speak to customers who would like some help with the financial support that we have put in place due to coronavirus. You’ll find the most up to date ways they can support you on this page.
• She can also offer support and coaching for customers who wish to register for and use our Online Banking services, mobile app and video banking (available for devices on or above operating systems iOS 10.0 & Android 6.0).
Please feel free to get in touch with her if you feel that this could help you:
