3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST:
To receive any Declarations of Interest, personal or prejudicial.
4. MINUTES:
To confirm the Minutes of the Annual Meeting and Annual Parish Meeting
held on 23rd May, 2018
5. SMART WATER KITS:
The Chairman will update Members on the provision of smart water
kits within the Parish. .
6. BECKBURY COMMUNITY SHOP:
To receive a progress report on the Community Shop.
7. BECKBURY VILLAGE HALL:
To receive any updates.
8. POLICE MATTERS:
To receive any reports from the Beat Manager or Community Support Officer.
9. BECKBURY PLAYING FIELDS:
To receive a report on the Playing Fields.
10. VILLAGE MAINTENANCE:
The Chairman will enquire if any member has any item of village maintenance to bring forward.
11. DATA PROTECTION ACT:
The Clerk will report that he has registered the Parish Council with the
Information Commission. The annual fee is £40.00.
12. FINANCE:
The Clerk will present the following accounts for approval and payment.
